- Panelist (The Time is Now for Mental Health and Wellness in Tech panel) for the 1st Icon Summit by The Icon Projects in NYC for Black and Brown men in the tech industry
- Selected as a member of the pilot cohort of the indie.vc Scout Program
- Finished 2 marathons, and 3 half-marathons...2 finishes were with 9 screws and a plate in my ankle
- Created and Facilitated, Flexibility Not Required, a multi-city, yoga workshop for men including authoring a 400-page workshop manual and training guide
- Completed 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification Training
- Overcame body image issues and lost 40lbs, and kept it off for 10+ years

- Co-Founded a tech company in 2010 that was accepted to 2010 Fall Cohort for the Idea Village Entrepreneur Accelerator, secured strategic partnership with the Center for Education and Research in Information Assurance and Security (CERIAS) at Purdue University, and awarded ability to license technology from the National Security Agency (NSA)

- Co-founded a logistics company and led the execution of our internal strategy to secure over $50,000 in tax incentives
